The Instrumental Music Concentration consists of two disciplines:band and strings. The concentration is designed to prepare students for collegiate study and/or a career as a professional musician. Areas of focus include musicianship, music theory, keyboard knowledge, and performance skill. Students gain performance experience through string and wind ensembles, chamber music recitals, and master classes. Seniors are expected to perform in the Senior Showcase at the end of the year.
